Cassidy started becoming vocal and opinionated about her clothing quite some time ago. We try to accomodate her as much as possible, knowing this is a normal part of her development and is a critical step in developing a strong sense of self. We bite our tongues and weigh in only when we have health or safety concerns with her choices. If she wants to wear her Dee Dee Doodle Halloween costume to school, why not?
