Unexpected Funnery

We had some very unexpected funnery today.  As we were leaving dance class, Marissa and Cassidy decided they needed more time together.  I had planned to take Cassidy to the local toy store to buy a new backpack and lunch box for Kindergarten, and quickly realized it would be twice as fun for Marissa to come along.  Her Mom was fine with that, so off we went!

Once Pink-os found suitable backpacks and lunch boxes for their Kindergarten debut (plus a supply of Silly Bandz), we headed back to the car.  I wanted to take them to lunch, but felt bad making them eat in dance clothes.  There's one simple solution to that - Old Navy!!!  It doesn't take much convincing to get me into Old Navy, and the Pink-os immediately fell in lurve with matching dresses AND matching headbands.  We had a wardrobe change in the car, and finished off our unexpected funnery with a late lunch at Chuck E Cheese.

A lady at Chuck E Cheese asked me if they were twins, and my heart smiled.

It was an AWESOME day.
